We are looking for an administrative professional to provide support to our global client in the chemical and ingredient industry.
Pay Rate: $19.82/hour
Contract (possible extension)
Responsibilities:
- Assist with word processing, filing, and faxing of documents.
- Manage incoming phone calls, receive and direct visitors, and handle scheduling duties.
- Maintain financial records, including logging invoices and receipts, and assist with sorting/distributing mail.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and special projects as assigned.
- Procure supplies and manage office-related tasks in support of daily operations.
Qualifications:
- 0 to 2 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn new systems, including SAP, quickly.
- Experience with financial record-keeping is a plus.
