This role will support various administrative departments, including Freedom Boat Club, Marketing, Finance, and Sales. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating schedules, handling communications, and assisting with special projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. RequirementsEssential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
- Serve as Office Receptionist: greet customers in person and answer phone calls professionally.
- Perform general office tasks, which may include but not limited to filing, event support, and handling mailings.
- Assist the Sales team by taking boat inventory photos, creating walk-through videos, and listing new/used boats for sale on our online platform.
- Manage and update the company's contact management systems, including Constant Contact and Salesforce.
- Ensure brochures, business cards, and boat flyers are well-stocked and readily available for customers.
- Support the Director of Marketing with planning and organizing marketing events as needed.
- Monitor social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube); create and post engaging content to promote brand awareness and highlight sales offers.
- Assist with email campaigns and distribute click reports to the Sales team.
- Help distribute marketing materials and track swag and uniform inventories.
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) binder.
- Provide Notary Services for the Sales department as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support administrative and operational needs.

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the boating industry is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record and proof of insurance.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings to support events.
Education and/or Experience:
- Some college preferred.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Notary Public credentials (willingness to obtain)
