Responsibilities ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- BEHAVIORAL HEALTHThe Program Administrative Assistant is responsible for the Behavioral Health Program's daily administrative duties and providing assistance to a Behavioral Health full staffing unit.Responsibilities:
- Prepares correspondence, operating reports and other periodic or special reports as required. This includes coordination, typing, distribution and filing. Also includes the compilation or calculation of periodic reports and special projects.
- Reviews and evaluates incoming invoices and expense reports to verify accuracy before forwarding to accounts payable.
- Orders and maintains non-clinical supplies and equipment needed for the business activities of the facility
- Facilitates special functions for the facility. This includes hotel, travel, meeting space and all other logistic issues relating to the function
- Manages the schedules for facility executive leadership including facility related meetings, travel, appointments, etc.
- Assist other functions such as HR on an as needed basis to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Liaises on behalf of the executives and the facility as needed
- Backup to receptionist, fulfilling receptionist duties as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.
