Administrative Professional
The Administrative Professional provides essential administrative support to the Environmental Engineering Branch (EEB) at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) Western Currency Facility (WCF). Responsibilities include managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with records management. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using office software and equipment. The Administrative Professional contributes to an efficient and professional work environment while assisting in various administrative tasks as assigned.

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Administrative Professional:
Pay commensurate with experience.

Administrative Assistant I Responsibilities Include:
* Provide document management and maintain a complex electronic and hard copy filing system for regulatory and other documents.
* Coordinate mailing of required regulatory and other correspondence.
* Route documents and ensure regulatory submission dates are met; ensure proper documentation review and signatures.
* Coordinate meetings, provide agendas, take notes, and provide minutes.
* Schedule annual and as-needed environmental training for all groups at the WCF.
* Answer general Environmental Engineering Branch (EEB) telephone and respond to inquiries in general email box. Route appropriately.
* Coordinate approvals of purchases, projects, and other items.
* Assist EEB Manager with Contractor and Visitor Access Requests and escorting for projects.
* Performs correspondence review and document management.
* Provides logistical and meeting support.
* Take accurate minutes of meetings
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Provides time and attendance support.
* Performs database support.
* Receives visitors, Answer/screen phone calls/radio traffic.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Administrative Professional Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
* Associate's degree and 2 years-experience, or 4 years of direct experience in related field.
* Shall possess a high level working knowledge of current Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), and current SharePoint application.
* Knowledgeable of SharePoint software.
* Must have strong communicative skills and proficiency in spelling and grammar.
* Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
* Must pass public trust government background check.
