- Answering telephone calls and e-mails from customers and clients, directing them to the relevant team members
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationary, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required
- Reporting Office progression to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
- Sorting incoming mail and sending out letters, mailings, and UPS packages, including accepting and signing for deliveries
- Support the Guest Experience department with stocking prizes
- Support the Retail department with weekly cycle counts and quarterly inventory, as needed
- Liaise with the Finance department on retail invoices
- Scan and shred receipts and invoices
- Light bookkeeping
- Support the Senior leadership team on calendar management, travel, and expense reports
- Perform additional duties as required.

- The work environment is an indoor, climate-controlled public area of assembly. The noise level varies throughout the venue, some areas are very quiet while others contain reasonably high noise levels. There is ample lighting throughout the venue. There are no hazards and no protective devices worn or used in the office work environment.
