You will also be the first point of contact for reaching out to sales leads from a variety of sources.From there you record data into the Paul Davis proprietary software, accept new assignments, create job folders, maintain job boards, monitor documents sent to customers, make customer appointments and share in a variety of tasks to assist the daily operational needs of the mitigation and restoration departments.Job Duties:Answer PhonesData entry for all jobsRequest new assignments when necessaryUpdate milestones for all TPA sitesSend contracts, etc. via DocuSign and monitor when completeMonitor email alertsBe able to learn new online computer programsProvide assistance to the Mitigation Manager, Project Manager and OwnerQualifications:Have experience using multi-line phone systemsHave a clear, pleasant speaking voice and excellent verbal and written communication skillsBe bilingual (Spanish) preferredDemonstrate patience and compassion with customersBe enthusiastic and service orientedBe organized, efficient and detail orientedBe able to multi-taskBe able to work M-F from 8am-5pmHave a good record of timeliness and attendanceWear company logo wear daily (black and khaki)Represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrityMust be able to work semi-independently and be proactiveHave computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel #J-18808-Ljbffr
