Sign on Bonus$250 after 90 DaysAdditional $250 after 6 MonthsResponsibilities:
- Responsible for answering phones, forwarding calls or messages, receiving guests at the front office
- Preparing outgoing mail
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail
- Assist the directors with administrative tasks
- Assist with the organization and maintaining of employee files for the Human Resources department
- Assist with recruiting and hiring events
- Facilitate orientation and set up training of new staff members
- Assist with processing of new hire paperwork
- Process background checks
- Schedule training for employees as needed to ensure that all training remains current
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
- Type correspondence; create spreadsheets; power points and other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of administrative and supervisory experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills; Ability to multi-task; must possess ability to work with Microsoft office suite, create spreadsheets and power point; ability to type 45 words per minute
- Valid Drivers License
Salary: Hourly rate negotiable
