Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents in the Operations department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manages supervisor's calendar and independently schedules appointments.
* Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
* Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
* Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings.
* Uses computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.
* Creates, maintains, and enters information into databases.
* Sets up and manages paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents.
* Completes forms in accordance with company procedures.
* Maintains scheduling and event calendars.
* Schedules and confirms appointments for supervisor with clients or customers.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and other software required to perform job duties
* Excellent interpersonal skills with advanced customer service skills including effective verbal and written communication skills
* Highly functioning, multi-task oriented while not losing sight of the details
* Advanced knowledge of general business and company procedures
* Ability to maintain and handle confidential information with appropriate discretion

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* Associate's degree in business or related field
