- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Create bills of lading for truck load shipments.
- Learn to create shipment labels for Parcel Orders.
- Send tracking of orders shipped to salespersons/customers that require tracking.
- Verify shipping cost on orders that have shipped through vendor portal.
- Complete shipping log for orders that have shipped.
- Help with tracking of Requisitions / vendor orders that are submitted.
- Help with day-to-day Office Operations, which consist of data entry updating daily excel reports, answering and making phone calls providing customer support.
- Will assist with the administrative functions and utilization of Company software programs such as Shipwell & Fulcrum.
