Job DescriptionThe HACS is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic team player, with successful administrative experience, to serve as HCV Administrative Assistant. The HACS hires quality employees and encourages excellence, to ensure the HACS will achieve and maintain high performance standards.Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule HCV Program documents and appointments.
- Files and retrieves documents, both manual and electronic
- Process invoices for payment in department
- Order office supplies
- Establishes and maintains good rapport and cooperative working relationships with representatives/vendors from external companies
- Performs other duties as assigned or required
Skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and copy machines
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
