A federal client of Insight Global is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This person will be the right-hand person to a federal office director. This person is expected to Arrange travel and accommodations for the branch/team members using Concur, manage calendars, schedule meetings, answer/triage emails and phone calls, order office supplies, track credit card purchases, process requests for purchases, telecommunications service, and training requests, Draft briefs, letters and memos after receiving general instructions on the subject matter when correspondence relates to non-technical, administrative matters such as memos about deadlines or requirements to submit reports, and other administrative tasks.$19-$23/HRWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Required Skills & Experience- High School Diploma and a minimum three (3) years of administrative experience- Experience using Concur to book travel o Travel orders, memos, travel vouchers, etc.- Familiar with expense processes- Strong computer skills (sharing screen on MS teams, etc.)- Calendar management (scheduling meetings, etc.)- Strong excel experienceo Data entry, tracking expenses, spreadsheets are for tracking purposes Setting up a format of the spreadsheet Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Previous gov experience (CDC, VA, HHS, ASPR, etc.) Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
