Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Sales and Service team.
- Prepare and manage documentation for new home orders, ensuring all customer selections (e.g., paint colors, cabinets, carpets) are accurately recorded.
- Oversee and maintain back-office processes, ensuring seamless operations from start to finish.
- Communicate proactively with new buyers, providing updates and guidance throughout the construction process.
- Track and update contract revisions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process and review supply orders to align with project timelines.
- Coordinate with community managers to ensure homes are ready for appraisals.
- Log and monitor payments in the system, ensuring accurate records and timely updates.
Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1+ years of experience in administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to ensure clear and professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools or software.
