DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support through detail orientation, strong communication, and exceptional organization skills to support the executive team of AM/NS Calvert.
The Basics:
* High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required
* 5+ years assisting senior leadership or related experience
* Microsoft Office Suite and SAP experience
* Proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
* Able to competently handle a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
* Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
The Extras:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar preferred

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
* Scheduling and organizing complex activities including, but not limited to, meetings, travel, conferences, meals, and activities for members of the Health & Safety, Cold Rolling Mill, and Internal Logistics departments
* Managing and maintaining Team calendars
* Liaising with other mills, support groups, and customers both verbally and in writing
* Preparing presentations, taking meeting notes, and managing multiple schedules
* Handles confidential and non-routine information including explaining policies as needed
* Prioritizing conflicting needs, proactive situational management with decisive and expeditious action, and following through with projects to successful completion frequently with challenging deadlines
* Processing vacation / time off requests, reviewing / approving visitor requests, and issue extended visitor passes
* Planning and organizing site tours
* Supporting team members by assisting with Helpdesk tickets, ordering office supplies, entering Purchase Requisitions and goods receipts, ordering food and/or flowers for various events, and office / desk key management
* Pulling data to create, analyze, and / or distribute reports such as Daily Operating Reports, Maintenance Reports, Monthly Summaries
* Managing company / fleet vehicles
* Supporting Administrative Assistants across the site
