You'll expertly manage travel, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless operations, while building strong relationships with external partners. - Provide comprehensive administrative support, including copying, filing, ordering supplies, and preparing presentation materials.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and receipts for senior managers, utilizing Concur and Omaha Processing Center.
- Coordinate logistics for on-site client and internal meetings, including conference room bookings, catering, IT support, and guest registrations.
- Offer calendar support for senior leaders, scheduling meetings, sending invites, and coordinating with client counterparts.
- Maintain organizational resources, including team/client rosters, org charts, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets, while providing backup administrative support and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
What You Will Need
- 2+ years of administrative support experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interacting professionally with agency staff and clients, and building strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Concur Travel and Expense management, and virtual meeting platforms (Teams, Zoom, GoToMeeting, WebEx).
- Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and innovative thinking.
- Detail-oriented approach, providing exceptional internal and external service, with strong time management, follow-up, and follow-through skills.

Salary $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually.The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
