Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Inside Sales team. This role combines administrative, coordination, and technical tasks to ensure the sales team operates efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at multitasking, and possesses a blend of technical aptitude and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for the Inside Sales team
* Help prepare and process sales quotes, proposals, and contracts
* Monitor and manage the sales team's calendar, scheduling meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
* Maintain accurate sales records and ensure CRM systems are up to date
* Organize and manage files, correspondence, and reports
* Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting materials
* Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting for the team
* Act as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and operations
* Perform data entry, management, and analysis using spreadsheets and CRM platforms
* Assist in generating regular sales and performance reports for management review
* Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to CRM systems or sales tools, escalating when necessary
* Assist in onboarding new team members by setting up software accounts and providing initial training on internal tools
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably supporting a sales team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn new tools and platforms
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in a sales or customer service environment
* Familiarity with data visualization tools or advanced Excel functions
* Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
