A Non-Profit client of Insight Global devoted to serving rural and persistently impoverished communities is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their CEO and another C-Level Individual. This role is akin to an executive assistant and will require managing the CEO's calendar, assisting in coordinating travel, closely following and managing emails, crafting and responding to communications, and occasionally supporting phone duties. The ideal candidate will provide a warm, welcoming presence to individuals of varying backgrounds and seniorities, support with record maintenance, and help coordinate logistics for candidates and new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating extensive travel arrangements.
- Monitor and follow up on emails, help draft, review, and respond to communications.
- Occasionally support phone duties, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
- Provide a warm, welcoming presence to individuals of varying backgrounds and levels of superiority.
- Support record maintenance and ensure accurate and organized documentation.
- Help coordinate logistics for candidates and new hires, ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft products.
- Experience in administrative duties (calendaring, email management, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently with minimal mistakes.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ideally holds an associate's or bachelor's degree.
- Experience living in or working with rural communities is preferred.
