Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Panama City, FL at Lisa Anderson Law. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day office tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, filing and organizing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with general administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education or certification in office administration preferred
- Prior office and administrative experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office-related software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
