Orchestrate meetings and manage calendars for multiple executives, demonstrating exceptional prioritization and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment. Work with moderate supervision and guidance, while being accountable for individual results and their impact on the team.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities
  • Required: 5 years of experience managing calendars for multiple executives (6+), showcasing exceptional prioritization and organizational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and managing business expenses efficiently.
  • Facilitate onboarding and departures by ensuring the proper return of equipment (laptop, phone, security badge, credit card) and notifying relevant departments for account closures.
  • Maintain effective calendar and travel management skills to support executive needs and optimize scheduling.
  • Proficiently coordinate meetings and maintain smooth office operations to enhance productivity.
  • Utilize sound judgment to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • Demonstrate advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Understand and address the specific needs of the role and the organization to contribute to overall success.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
