We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.Position Summary: The Administrative Assistant will support the Director by managing day-to-day operations, organizing departmental activities, and assisting with compliance documentation. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Director and department staff.
- Prepare and format documents and reports in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Organize and maintain department files and records.
- Assist with compliance-related tasks.
- Conduct data entry and database management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or administrative training is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical billing or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with medical billing is a plus, but not required.
