Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally and effectively with executives, board members, and donors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all interactions and matters.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
- Oversee calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization of appointments.
- Prepare materials and ensure readiness for meetings and presentations.
- Perform general administrative duties to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, 2 years of experience (internship included)
- Experience must come from the nonprofit sector or religious institution
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
