Job Description:
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations and assisting the team with a variety of duties, including: Perform secretarial duties for AAGs, such as typing, copying, entering data into NYMatters, and reviewing mail. Manage administrative tasks for AAGIC, including document organization and communication. Handle OMH files that come into the office. Communicate with courts and OMH facilities regarding hearings and appearances. Coordinate the service of papers. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries when needed. Provide coverage for other administrative staff during absences or unavailability.Preferred Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills.
