Administrative Assistant - Outpatient Therapy Office in Supply, NCSupply, Supply, North Carolina, United States of AmericaJob DescriptionPosted Monday, October 14, 2024 at 5:00 AMJob Description:Broadstep Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Program Assistant to provide administrative support for our Outpatient Therapy Program in Supply, NC with regular travel to Whiteville, NC and Wilmington, NC. Outpatient Therapy provides intensive clinical therapeutic services and assessment to children, adolescents, and adults with identified mental health or substance abuse diagnosis. This service is designed to meet the specific mental health needs of the identified client as they relate to their diagnosis and can be provided in-home, in-office, in-school or other approved/appropriate community setting. Assessments include completion of Comprehensive Clinical Assessment form to identify presenting problems, strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences, and identification of treatments to be provided. Outpatient therapy includes psycho-educational activities/interventions designed to assist the client in the reduction of dysfunction. Services are provided with client-centered and family-centered approaches and are delivered through intensive, time-limited, goal-specific interventions.About the Company:Broadstep has been a leader in providing a continuum of physical, emotional, and mental support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), mental illness, and co-occurring disorders for over 45 years.Broadstep's North Carolina services include a wide array of mental health and substance use programs and services. The services provided are community-based, outpatient therapy, and crisis services to serve people where they are.North Carolina programs are CARF accredited and are focused on the concept of whole person care and wellness.Schedule & Location: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM in Supply, NC with regular travel to our offices in Whiteville, NC and Wilmington, NC as business needs demand.Job Type: This is a fully onsite role that is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.Job Duties:Providing administrative support to the ACT program teamMaintaining statistical data on type, amount, and provider treatment and rehabilitative services.Prepares reports including staff statistics, batch/billing reports, program monthly report, and others as requestedMaintaining case list, including information on treatment plan reviews, and provides monthly report to the Director.Preparing and completing Monthly Internal Audit.Responding to incoming calls during program hours.Enters all appointments.Monitoring and procuring general program supplies.Distributes mailMaintains all files.Required Education/Experience:High School Diploma2 years of clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare or related settingStrong Documentation SkillsStrong organizational skills with high attention to detail and quality of workProficient in Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft TeamsWhat We Offer/Benefits:4 weeks of Paid Time Off in your first year!401KCompany-paid Life InsurancePaid HolidaysOther benefits: Long Term Disability, AD&D, Flexible SpendingContinuing Education Courses - Company Provided#J-18808-Ljbffr
