Operations Administrator (Temporary - Part-Time)
- Location: Bellevue, WA
- Duration: 3-4 month LOA coverage
- Schedule: Monday - Wednesday, in-office
- Pay: $28-$30 per hour
Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Administrator with excellent organizational and communication skills to provide critical support during a temporary leave of absence. Experience in property management is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial and Operational Oversight: Review, audit, and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for financial and operational accuracy.
- Event Coordination: Plan and manage logistics for Operations events, including Associate Appreciation Days, Tenure Luncheons, and Regional Meetings, ensuring each is executed professionally.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel for Operations Directors and above, ensuring seamless and efficient travel plans.
- Calendar and Meeting Management: Organize and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for Directors and senior leadership.
- Administrative Support: Assist Directors and senior leadership with organizational tasks to ensure priority goals and deadlines are met.
- Additional Duties: Perform other assigned tasks to support the Operations team effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Docs is required. Experience with Yardi, Yieldstar, and On-Site Property Management Software is preferred.
- Key Skills: Strong attention to detail, effective written and verbal communication, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
