THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY
This individual answers directly to the office manager.
- · Greet visitors as they enter the building
- · Check phone messages and emails
- · Answer incoming calls
- · Maintain annual licenses: Business, General Contractor, Hazmat, SAM, etc.
- · Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers; cleaning company, printer company, landscaping, water, etc.
- · Monitor office supplies and handle ordering of new supplies
· Responsible for securing appropriate business licenses and insuring they are kept up to date
· Assist with planning in-house or off-site activities such as company meetings and or conferences
Assist with marketing materials such as signage, magnets, cups, etc.
· Responsible for DMV renewals and registrations
· Data Entry
· Miscellaneous Errands
- · Collect and organize credit card receipts from the field and enter into system
- · Assist with Purchase orders, complete credit applications, request COI's and W9's from new vendors – keeping them current in the system
- · Apply for Project Permits
- · Request and manage utilities for projects
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite, especially WORD and Excel (must be able to easily design formulas in Excel
- Knowledge of ProContractor is a major plus
- Data Entry skills
- Good oral and written communication
- Able to work as part of a team
- Willing to take initiative and contribute where needed
- Reliable with a history of being on time, task focused, and Professional
- Must have a clean driving record to use the company vehicle to run errands
