We Need: Administrative Assistant to provide support to our First In Families (FIF) office. This role will require performing general office duties; assisting the FIF Director with Special Events, and any other admin duties as needed. This position is Part-Time and will be onsite at our Charlotte Office location just East of Uptown Charlotte. Sales Force experience is preferred and Bi-lingual highly preferred Job Type: Part-Time Rate: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (8:30am to 4:30pm) What You'll Do:
  • Assist in maintaining FIF Department functions with filing, copies, data entry, etc.
  • Works within the department of any required document needs and observing deadlines
  • Maintains Confidentiality
  • Contributes to team effort in any necessary special events
What You'll Bring:
  • Strong verbal skills
  • Ability to complete task using Microsoft Word, Excel or Powerpoint
  • A valid Driver's license
  • A High School Diploma
