SUMMARY: In this position you will be the first representation of the company, greeting all visitors that enter the building in a friendly and professional manner and ensuring they are taken care of in a prompt timeframe. In addition to this you will also be managing the incoming calls and dispersing each call to the designated party appropriately. There will be day to day administrative tasks that will vary based on the needs of the company.
OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS: - Provide general administrative support to the company as needed.
- Ensuring visitors are taken care of in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front reception area as well as other common areas and ensuring it is clean and presentable.
- Scanning information as requested
- Scheduling meetings and ensuring availability of conference rooms
- Communicating with homeowners to schedule measures.
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:- Strong and professional communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to multitask in a high traffic area
- Highschool Diploma/GED required
- Previous typing and Excel experience preferred
