DescriptionJob Description - Administrative Assistant - Recruiting Classification: Non-exempt Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager The primary function of this position is to support the Talent Acquisition Manager. Administrative Assistant for the Recruiting Department will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and efficient candidate experience. An individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty listed below. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide calendar management and scheduling for the Talent Acquisition Manager, including interview coordination and candidate communication.
  • Manage and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) by processing applications, updating candidate statuses, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare interview materials, including interview schedules, candidate profiles, and interview feedback forms.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires by collecting and processing paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to the recruitment process.
  • Answer phones, screen calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Compose and proofread professional correspondence, including emails and letters.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Perform administrative and other tasks for the Human Resources Department as needed.
