* Employee Referral Program: Earn a bonus for any qualifying candidate you refer to the company. The candidate must complete 90 days and be in good standing with the company, for the referral to be paid out.

Essential Duties:

* Answer the phones, direct calls, take messages and distribute

* Pick up and distribute mail every day

* Post and deliver mail to post office at the end of each day

* Order supplies and stock office, kitchen, cleaning, shipping

* Routinely organize and maintain the work room and kitchen

* Manage the copy machine, fax machine and postage machine; ensure all are stocked; order and replace toners; oversee the maintenance

* Package, label and send UPS and FedEx shipments

Principle Activities and Responsibilities

* Responsible for handling the internal and external communication, both written and oral. This comprises of answering phones in a courteous manner, ensuring messages reach the respective party and delivering faxes in a timely manner.

* Continue to gain knowledge of facility permits and reporting requirements.

* Responsible to maintain all office supplies.

* Assist in safety programs.

* Provide administrative and financial billing support to Marketing Department. Maintain purchasing controls.

* Financial accounting system introduction. Coding of all Purchase Orders.

* Responsible for the collection, summarization, and submission of payroll time sheets.

* Responsible for the collection and distribution of in-coming and outgoing mail, Federal Express, etc.

Competency: Strong written and oral communication skills. Must be detail oriented, accurate, flexible, dependable and a team player. Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Work environment: Position requires the employee to work in the office.

Physical demands: The position primarily requires sitting, typing and viewing a computer. Other less frequent physical demands include bending and lifting.

Travel: No travel is expected with this position.

Preferred education and experience: High School Diploma or GED. Successful candidate with 1-3 years of experience is preferred
