Job Description:
Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Administrative Assistant (Sales Operations Assistant) to join our fire business unit.Position Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Filing various paperwork
  • Answering phones
  • Accounts payable/receivable data entry
  • Qualifying and redirecting calls to the appropriate departments
  • Maintaining contact between office and field staff
  • Assisting in various office duties
Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of office experience
  • Microsoft Office experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate degree or higher
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience with ERP management software
  • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook; must have strong computer skills with ability to type
  • Demonstrated ability to execute results against deadlines
  • Knowledge of fire, security, CCTV and card access
