REPORTS TO: Accounting Department STATUS: Non-ExemptPURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENTProvides customer service, marketing, and administrative assistance to the location personnel.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Assist in monthly customer statement distribution.
- Coordinates, schedules, and prepares for meetings, as requested.
- Answers phone and communicates with appropriate personnel to resolve customer inquiries promptly.
- Always demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Pays close attention to detail, prioritizes work daily, and displays organization skills to keep up with continuously changing demands.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
- Assists department staff as needed.
- Occasionally may be asked to drive and run local errands as requested.
- Follows GROWMARK's Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA, and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTSEducations and ExperienceMust be pursuing a degree or certification from a community college, technical college, or university and in good academic standing at the time the internship begins. Functional Competencies
