**Pay Rate:** $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
**Assignment Duration:** March 1, 2025 - February 28, 2027
**Kelly Services** is hiring for an **Administrative Assistant I** on behalf of our client, an organization that oversees the professional discipline of physicians, physician assistants, and specialist assistants. The organization thoroughly investigates all complaints of misconduct.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Sort and distribute incoming mail.
+ Review incoming correspondence and draft appropriate responses; review outgoing correspondence.
+ Answer and handle telephone calls and office visitors professionally; respond to inquiries as needed.
+ Coordinate and arrange meetings, travel, and appointments.
+ Maintain office filing systems, including electronic files.
+ Act as the liaison among staff, other DOH employees, and the public to coordinate information flow.
+ Operate office equipment, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint) to produce reports, correspondence, and other documents.
+ Scan and save documents in electronic format.
+ Perform data entry into Microsoft Access, Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
+ Experience answering phones and providing professional customer service.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within a given day.
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
+ Experience with the professional medical conduct process is a plus.
