This includes but is not limited to course entry, timely submission of invoices, Colleague research, completion of reimbursement requests using the proper GL accounts. Serves as central point of communications for CCE Health Care non-clinical students and instructors, business solutions directors, vendors, and other constituents by responding to inquiries and acts as a first line of support for incoming inquiries by phone and in person. Plans and manages the day-to-day administrative support for course operation on multiple campuses and contract classes including room reservations, purchases of consumable supplies & classroom materials, office supplies, copy center order as needed, and specific requests from instructors in a timely manner to assist in providing an excellent teaching and learning environment. Assists with schedule planning and student screening as related to program admission and QuickJobs Scholarships, as well as special requests by programs as needed. Coordinates file management and record keeping for all CCE Health Care non clinical programs ensuring records are accurately maintained. Works directly with CCE Health Care program director, manager, and faculty to plan for special events such as job fairs, pinning ceremonies, and others. Performs other duties as assigned.Midlands Technical College is dedicated to providing excellent service to its students, employees, and the community. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Preferred Qualifications Previous health care administrative support experience preferred.
