Job Description:HRU Technical Resources has partnered with an American multinational corporation that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration, and power generation products to hire an Administrative Assistant that will be supporting our timekeeping and ticketing systems.Responsibilities:
- Manage ticket assignments for incoming request in our ServiceNow (Answers) ticketing system
- Complete historical edits for attendance and leave
- Maintain time system audits
- Manage incoming queries from call center phone
Qualifications / Skills:
- Experience supporting enterprise software applications preferred but not required (eTime/Kronos/Oracle/SAP Human Resources/Payroll/Time and Labor)
- Strong Customer Support Excellence skills focusing on:
- Delivering support within agreed timelines to high standard
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
- Team oriented with the ability to work independently.
Education Requirements:
- A High School Diploma / GED is required at a minimum (this will be verified). Higher level education is welcomed (but not required).
Work Environment / Other Info:
- This is a 1st (day) shift role.
- This will be a 100% remote role, but we are ideally seeking candidates in the Nashville, TN area.
- There may be occasional overtime (although not frequent). Any overtime will be paid at 1.5x.
- You will need to pass a background check and drug screen (including cannabis) for this role.
