  • Administrative Assistant to the Discipleship Lead Pastors
MUST DO
  • Serve as the go-to person for the Discipleship Lead Pastors to rely on.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Anticipate the needs of the Discipleship Lead Pastors and proactively present solutions.
  • Assist with administrative duties including, but not limited to, calendar management, responding to emails, high-level priorities, organizing meetings, budgeting, purchasing & coding, and other related duties.
  • Organize, execute, and manage a wide variety of projects.
  • Prepare materials/agendas for meetings, attend and record notes, and ensure meetings stay on task, are productive, and efficient.
  • Collaborate with ministry coordinators in the administration of ministry focuses and the creation, streamlining, and maintenance of systems and processes affecting ministry focuses (Next Steps, Groups, Outreach, God Behind Bars, Care, Brotherhood, Daughters, and other Discipleship initiatives).
  • Assist with communication through Rock, social media posts, Wufoo forms, registrations, and online platforms.
  • Partner with the Care Coordinator and Care Team in assigning, monitoring, and reconciling connection requests relating to care as needed.
  • Be a champion for Rock-related functions, including training, data entry, registrations, scheduling, connection requests, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong organization and administrative skills
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to work well and effectively within a team
  • Passion for task-driven and efficient ways of working
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to juggle multiple projects
  • The ability to go with the flow but also bring structure where needed
  • A systems wizard who loves to connect processes to building healthy ministries
  • Associate's degree or higher in related focus or equal work experience
  • Proficient with MacOS and Microsoft Office Suite
WORK SCHEDULE
  • Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (seasonal schedule changes may apply)
