We have cultivated an incredible team and culture of hardworking, supportive, and dedicated employees.As our company continues to expand we are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for Maintenance Sales and Estimating to grow with us, and positively impact our culture.Job Title: Administrative Assistant to Maintenance Sales and EstimatingJob Summary: The Administrative Assistant to Sales and Estimating is responsible for serving current and future customers while working with sales and estimating to streamline and improve data for the team. An individual with this position in our company will be expected, on a regular basis, to:
- Phone calls: be the backup to the Front Office Assistant
- Use Salesforce to build opportunities and customer referrals
- Collect information to provide to estimating team
- Utilize database management for vendors
- Follow up with past and future bidding of projects
- Plan customer outreach events
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:
- Excellent communication skills - in person, phone and via email
- Customer Service orientated attitude
- Office Suite and Salesforce knowledge
- Canva Experience

Minimum Qualifications:Education: 2-4 years of college experience; degree preferred, but not necessary for positionExperience: 2-3 years of sales and estimating in landscaping maintenance preferredWork Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Candidates may be asked to pass a drug test and/or background check depending on location and approval of driving privileges. Pay and Benefits:
