In this position, you will:
- Perform administrative work for the Center for Community Engagement (CCE), proactively identifying and solving problems. This includes, but is not limited to: assisting visitors, answering phones, distributing messages, contacting students, maintaining calendars and scheduling for the Director of Equity and Community Engagement, preparing and/or disseminating communications and mailings, and office supplies and equipment ordering and maintenance.
- Develop, complete and/or maintain forms, records, and documents in an organized, accurate, and timely manner. Assists Director of Equity and Community Engagement with budgeting, financial transaction management, reporting and other special project needs.
- Assist with the logistics, coordination, and scheduling of multiple CCE events and activities including, but not limited to: X Day, Diversity Equity and Inclusion programs, Discovery Term, the US Work Experience Program, various Service Learning initiatives, and student clubs.
