MOBIS North America R&D Center in Plymouth MI, is looking for an experienced Sales Administrative Assistant who is eager to join a rapidly expanding company to support sales management activities. Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Review, Edit and process transactions related with Account Payable (AP) - Create and submit invoices and manage the payment status
- Work with buyers and vendors to resolve pricing and payment discrepancies
- Prepare charts, graphs and summarize data working with finance
- Run AP open aging report and handle vendor inquiries regarding payments
2. Budget Management
- Responsible for budget processing regarding Sales and PM activity, as well as CEO and KAE accounts
- Report Monthly budget status and usage in the department
- Manage Project code for tracking the budget according to project activity
- Support budget planning and adjustment.
- Maintain and announce the policy of reimbursement
3. Support Sales executives, expats and visitors
- Schedule meetings with customers and headquarters
- Responsible for the payment of Sales executives expenses
- Provide care for visitors from other headquarters and customer companies
- Arrange vehicle for commuting, support hotel and flight booking for CEO/KAE
- Maintain Group calendar (travel schedules, important customer events, etc.)
4. Support purchasing office supplies, customer giveaways, etc.
- Collect meeting materials from presenters and support for meetings
- Review, edit and process transactions related with Account Payable (AP)
- Budget Management
- Support Sales executives, expats and visitors
Experience Level:
- 5 or more years as a team assistant/sales support
- Demonstrate to be highly proficient with computer technologies including but not limited to Windows OS, computer networking with the use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Experience with SAP and/or other ERP systems.
- College Diploma
- Previous experience of accounting and bookkeeping
