The Willows (Fletcher, NC) at Red Oak Recovery is located in the beautiful rolling hills of the Blue Ridge Mountains just outside of Asheville N.C. We are a clinically dynamic, trauma intensive substance abuse and mental health treatment program designed specifically for the unique needs of young adult women, ages 18-35. Our focus is on clinical care, and we utilize the latest research-supported clinical modalities to ensure positive outcomes.We provide an enriching and experiential program that helps young adults improve their lives. Using a holistic approach, our team supports clients on their path to self-love, self-acceptance, and self-awareness. The Administrative Specialist works closely with all departments and is a key role in helping them work together successfully. As Administrative Specialist you would bring your organization and attention to detail to support many aspects of our program and help ensure professionalism and efficiency in supporting our clients and staff.Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Assisting with scheduling and planning of events to create positive experiences for our clients and employees
- Assisting department managers with various administrative tasks to ensure effective programming and quality care for the clients and families we serve
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and shipment distribution
- Maintaining office supply quantities and processing office supply orders
- Ensuring office organization and tidiness
Education/Experience:
- Minimum HS diploma (or equivalent), bachelor's degree preferred
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs
- Must have administrative office experience, previous management experience will be helpful
- Must be skilled with customer service
