POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a motivated and highly skilled Administrative Associate, to provide essential support to our team by managing daily office tasks, facilitating smooth communication, and helping ensure efficient workflows and administrative functions across teams. This position will support a variety of key departments and initiatives across the MMI organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
This position will report directly to MMIs Director of Operations and Administration, and work closely with the Membership department, MMI members, and various external partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who works effectively, both independently and as part of a team, in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
