We are actively seeking an Administrative Associate who will be primarily responsible for supporting the School of Strategic Force Studies (AFIT/EX) Wright Patterson Air Force Base, OH. AFIT/EX develops airmen, joint service members, and our international partners prevail in current and future conflicts by providing relevant and responsive nuclear, space, and cyberspace PCE. The mission of the School of Cyberspace Professional Continuing Education is to inculcate the Air Force's cyberspace force and joint force members with the knowledge and skills necessary to prevail in current and future conflicts. Graduates will be able to apply offensive, defensive, and information network operations to support all aspects of the national defense strategy. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Oversee pre-course and post-course reviews between the Dean and Associate Dean and Course Directors at multiple AFIT/EX operating locations. Track and schedule staff synchronization meeting frequencies and will schedule Course Reviews between the Dean, Associate Dean, and Course Directors. Publish the school operating instructions for each operating location. Oversee and coordinate AFIT/EX's outreach program and will arrange visits and support visits hosted by the school. Manage additional duty rosters, assignment letters, organizational charts, recall rosters and phone listings for all locations. Assist with the local AFIT/EX new employee in-processing system and arrange for official photos and nameplates for all assigned individuals. Prepare letters for Functional Area Instructors that come to the school to teach and will be responsible for updating School Staff and EX Senior Leader boards. Manage and track suspense requirements in the government-provided system and ensure faculty consulting is updated in the appropriate database. Assist with the School's internal and external strategic communication. Provide a wide range of other administrative support services to the AFIT/EX faculty and staff in support of courses and programs managed by the school to include, but not limited to: Provide administrative support with various systems, such as Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) and other organizational databases. Provide assistance with presentation formatting (i.e. aspect ratio, PDF, upload to LMS). Assist with ordering office supplies, gathering requests for supplies, and preparing and itemizing various lists for supplies/equipment to be procured by the Government office. Upload faculty consulting details in database. Review, edit, change and monitor daily schedules of the Dean and Associate Dean. Completing academic research for the Dean and Associate Dean. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: NACI or ability to obtain a NACI GED, four (4) years of experience in the respective profession being performed, two of which must be in the DoD Must have at least two (2) years applied experience in the field of administrative supportWorking Conditions and Physical Requirements May be required to lift 15 lbs. May be required to stand and walk two (2) hours a day Some travel may be required
