University Business Administrators - College of Law

Responsibilities

* Serves as the College of Law primary contact for functions that include P-Card maintenance, Travel Representative, and FACET Representative. Provides HR departmental back up during the peak seasons and as needed.

* Serves as a P-card Proxy for assigned cards. Ensures guidelines for cards are adhered to for University related purposes and that purchases followed appropriate FSU policies and guidelines. Responsible for monthly P-card reconciliations. Maintains filing for paid and unpaid P-card charges for cardholder. Serves as a backup requisitioner and receiver.

* Responsible for processing travel authorizations, cash advances, expense reports, and non-travel reimbursements for the College of Law. Serves as the College travel representative making travel arrangements and reviewing departmental travel card transactions. Assists in making recommendations to include workflow improvements and materials needed for efficient and compliant operations.

* Serves as College of Law FACET representative, responsible for distribution and ensures FACET reports are completed. Backs up the HR Department Representative in peak times and in their absence. Performs transactional tasks related to HR needs such as eRDFs, ePAFs, and pPAFs. Assists with special projects and assignments as needed that align with the goals and objectives of the College of Law.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent and three years of experience. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.)
