The 149-bed medical center is a nonprofit, acute-care facility, where more than 300 primary care and specialty physicians are committed to providing exceptional healthcare services to our community with dignity, compassion and respect.Statement of Purpose:Provides administrative and clinical leadership; is responsible for supporting and maintaining management plans to ensuring continuity of patient care and serves as a resource on internal and administrative matters.Qualifications:Current MA RN License. BS Degree in nursing preferred. Current CPR skills, certification in clinical area highly desirable. Experience of 5 or more years of progressively responsible hospital nursing including supervisory experience.MRMC Differentials:Hospital differentials are: $3.50 hourly for evenings, $4.75 hourly for nights, and $2.75 hourly for weekends. All differentials are paid based per hospital policy.
