The vast majority of health care providers are enrolled in the Patient's Compensation Fund and pay surcharges for the coverage and protection provided. About this PositionThe Patient's Compensation Fund (PCF) is an off-State budget entity of the State, which is 100 percent self-funded, and governed by the PCF Oversight Board. Incumbent of this position will serve as the agency receptionist and document imaging and quality control coordinator in the Records Unit. As the first point of contact visitors will encounter, incumbents are to maintain professional verbal and written communication, customer service, and exhibit interpersonal skills. Incumbent will be accountable to share duties between two separate work stations (front desk and imaging station), ambulating from one work area to the other on a rotating schedule.AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING COMPETENCIES:
