Job Description:
Administrative Coordinator - Brand Operations General Summary & Scope Organize and log brand submissions and samples while documenting feedback from core category teams. Assist in scheduling and coordinating brand meetings. Maintain SKU accuracy according to Merchant's discretion, including shelf tag requests and description changes. Initiate and manage promotional offers in Promo Advisor, ensuring accurate SKU input and finalization with the pricing team. Execute marketing sign requests, proof materials, and maintain organized product samples and digital assets for accuracy. Support the planogram process by submitting pricing requests and coding changes for new and existing SKUs. Prepare store memos and communication requests while addressing help desk tickets with proactive solutions. Provide general administrative support for brand contact maintenance and vendor meetings as needed.
