Reporting to the Employee Services Assistant Director. Among the key duties of this position are the following:This position will assist the Assistant Director in the resolution of employee issues, progressive discipline, and labor management for all of IP&O.The position will handle confidential information including labor negotiations documents.Position Status: Full TimeFLSA: NonexemptAnnual Minimum Salary: 60028.00Annual Mid Range Salary: 75982.00Annual Maximum Salary: 91936.00Terms of Appointment: Staff - 12 monthPosition Pension Eligibility: ABPQualificationsMinimum Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience that demonstrates knowledge and understanding of office administration, organization, coordination, facilitation, bookkeeping and/or report writing.A minimum of two years of relevant experience.Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Good communication skills and computer literacy.Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; commitment to excellent customer service and the ability to deal with a diverse staff and a wide variety of situations with discretion and confidentiality.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Kronos Timekeeping system, RIAS/HCM and ROCS highly preferred.
