As an Administrative Coordinator, you will: •Evaluate daily staffing needs of inpatient units and coordinate staff assignments to meet patient care and operational needs•Oversee patient scheduling, supervision of site scheduling coordinators to ensure compliance with insurance requirements•Assist leadership with clerical duties and data collection•Assist leadership with payroll data entry of staff in inpatient units•Collaborate development of staff assignments and patient scheduling with therapy department leadership•Efficiently utilize department resources within budgetary constraintsQualifications include:•High school diploma required; associate's degree in business administration preferred•Minimum 5 years relevant experience required in healthcare staffing, scheduling, and data analysis•Experience in training staff in scheduling, staffing, and data analysis; 1 year supervisory experience preferred•Lean Six Sigma White Belt preferred•Strong computer skills and English-proficiency in producing documents free of spelling and grammatical errorsWork Schedule:Full-time, Tuesday-Saturday7:00 am- 3:30 pm#GR8 Allied Healthcare
Pay Range:$20.86 - $29.74In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount or if the position is Per Diem (offering a fixed rate), salary discussions will occur during the screening process.United States of America (Non-Exempt)
