Employment Type:Part timeShift:Day ShiftDescription:Administrative Coordinator- Eddy Village Green - PT DaysNarrative: ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR Part time The Eddy The Eddy has an opportunity for a part-time (20 hours a week) Administrative Coordinator to support our Director of Quality and Safety. Primary responsibilities include gathering quality/safety related data from our various programs, preparing reports and presentations, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes. The work site will be located at our Eddy Village Green Cohoes location on Columbia Street, Cohoes.Work schedule is flexible Monday to Friday. We provide a thorough orientation and supportive, team-based work environment.Qualifications:Associates degree in related field with 3 years' experience preferred; or high school diploma with 5 years' experience.Ability to utilize a wide range of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and to learn the use of electronic medical records.Apply today for more information!Pay Range: $19.20 - $25.58Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
