Job Description:
* Maintains relationships with clinical partners to provide required student documentation for clinical placement compliance and student onboarding purposes.
* Communicates effectively with AD of FNP and FNP students to maintain compliance for required clinical placement documentation.
* Collects, maintains, monitors, and updates program and student information via databases/software programs/LMS
* Assists AD of FNP with monitoring of student clinical hours and clinical faculty activity for accredidation purposes.
* Coordinates the establishment and maintenance of clinical partner agreements.
* Tracks student numbers for admission, progression, and graduation.
* Communicates programmatic inquiries and concerns to AD of FNP as appropriate.
* Assists DON and AD of FNP with on-campus day preparation, facilitation, and process evaluation.
* Assists DON and AD of FNP with procurement of needed resources, purchasing, and billing.
* Assists faculty and staff within the Undergraduate Division of Nursing as needed.
Requirements:
Required Degree(s): Associate's degree in related field
Preferred Degree(s): Bachelor's Degree in related field
Required Field of Expertise: 1-3 years' work experience as an administrative assistant
