Our Administrative Coordinator / Front Desk is responsible for front desk coverage, office management, event planning and coordination, and retention/sales support. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversees all front desk responsibilities. This includes greeting guests, helping with carrier meetings, answer/transfer calls, handling all incoming and outgoing mail, and general employee questions.
  • Helps with general maintenance of the office. This includes kitchen management, food and office supply inventory collection, preparing coffee, troubleshooting equipment/copiers, helping with vendor management, manage break/vacation schedule and new hire preparation.
  • Coordination of all Cincinnati / Fort Mitchell office events including lunches, team gatherings, and MB Gives Back volunteer opportunities.
  • Helps with general administrative, sales, and retention team support.
  • Miscellaneous support help (toys for toy closet, new hire pictures, technical support)
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of general administrative experience required.
  • Demonstrates strong initiative and is a self-starter.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows software applications.
  • Ability to learn skills on Salesforce and other computer programs.
  • Event coordination experience preferred.
  • High School diploma required.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
