The Administrative Coordinator manages the department's budgets and expenses and provides business and administrative support to the AVP/CEO. The Administrative Coordinator serves as the chief liaison to the Midlands Technical College Foundation Board of Trustees. In addition, they process gifts and assist with database management, ensuring accuracy of the Raisers Edge database. This position is located on the Midlands Technical College Harbison Campus Minimum and Additional Requirements A bachelor's degree in a related field plus three years of relevant experience, or an associate's degree plus five years of relevant experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing administrative support to multiple professionals in a team environment. Experience in Higher Education, knowledge of database management, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
